Fun Unleashed

I wouldn't be surprised if the place goes under. The manager then handed me a review sheet and repeatedly asked not to put her name on it because she feared she would get fired. You're good to go! The kid in charge if the kitchen was not very focused. Their day at Fun Unleashed would be packed full of fun with unlimited laser tag, jungle play, games, and a meal. Which Im pretty sure is illegal.

My kids have loved this place for years, but its steady downward decline has officially put this place on our " do not visit" list as of yesterday.

They are now cash only, which is crazy in this day and age. There are more broken than working games. But the kitchen is what did me in. The daycare kids are allowed free, unsupervised access to the kitchen. They wander back there and help themselves to snacks and drinks this was during our entire 3 hour visit. I was disgusted to see them roaming free back there as our lunch was being prepared. And as a parent of the daycare kids, do you want your kids roaming around a functioning conveyor belt pizza oven?

And big surprise, one of our pizzas which are now frozen pizzas, btw came out with a hair on it. Never again with this place. I am very disappointed with this establishment. My family and I went to visit, and traveled a good distance to see "Fun Unleashed. The sign said "open" and the website did too! We called five times not exaggerating and no answer. We went back twice and the door was still locked. What a waste of time. I think one star is generous. It basically is a big indoor slide and jungle gym with some games like skee ball and centipede for additional money.

It's less than clean and the cafe area was an unhealthy disaster when we visited, complete with a bowl of burned old popcorn sitting on top of a garbage can for everyone to share. Candy 'straws' were strewn all over the floor in the play areas. Back to the play area. My child who is 18 months old could only play in an area that had a little tykes tot tree and a table for building a wooden train. Only problem, there were no trains.

Standard price for all children is ridiculous. Many games were not working, place was pretty dirty, no baby changing station in bathroom. In fact, the changing station is right on the play floor in plain view. Just a counter to put your child on and everybody gets to watch and smell! Hardly any staff there and nobody offered any form of safety protocol so a stranger doesn't walk off with a child. Won't be back, not impressed. We have been here about 3 times now The indoor tunnel area probably hasn't ever been cleaned The place doubles as a "day care" and there are dozens of children running around unsupervised.

There is only ever one person "watching" these children. And they are running the front desk and food area as well. Which Im pretty sure is illegal. So when we got lunch this visit, I should not have been surprised when it took 50 minutes for a hot dog, personal pizza and a salad.

I guess that's what happens when there's no competition I was there today with my daughter and her cousin both are toddlers. We were treated poorly from the moment we entered. The woman at the front counter was rather rude, and actually seemed annoyed that we were there for the first time and naturally had some questions about how the place works. The jungle climbing area has very poor lighting. The place seemed dirty overall. We will not be back.
